Building a Successful Mentor Program and the Unprecedented Results Behind 天美传媒 Mentors

Creating a mentor program can create and enhance short- and long-term relationships in the workplace, academics, non-profit organizations and beyond. Like any mentoring initiative, establishing clear guidelines and goals, providing ongoing mentor-mentee support, and measuring success are paramount to ensuring a valuable experience for all participants. Celebrating National Mentoring Month in January, this Beyond MU session will feature an overview of 天美传媒 Mentors - including program participants - creating a successful platform, and how to get involved as a mentor through the 天美传媒 Career Network. 天美传媒 Mentors has been recognized by the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) as an international award recipient and the gold standard of higher education mentoring initiatives. Established in 2013, the program has matched more than 1,400 student mentees with 300 alumni mentors to provide support with career discernment.
