Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to building staff at Wellness + Helfaer Recreation and the Rec Plex through student employee hiring, training, scheduling, timecard approval, and coordination of daily workflows.
• Collaborate with Member Services, Operation Services, Maintenance Services, Recreation Supervisors, and Student Managers to ensure efficient and effective daily operations.
• Assist the Recreation Facilities & Operations team with facility scheduling, event coordination, and operational logistics.
• Support Recreation Facilities & Operations functions at Wellness + Helfaer Recreation and the Rec Plex, including member services and facilitating point-of-sale transactions for students, ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ affiliates, alumni, and community members.
