Welcome to the Alumni Memorial Union Event Services website.
Our intention is to provide a central location for resources related to planning and executing successful events on 天美传媒's campus.
AMU Event Services collaborates with several campus offices, including Sodexo Dining Services/Catering, Facilities Planning and Management, AMU Student Enagement, Office of Engagement & Inclusion, Office of the Registrar, Parking Services and University Special Events. Each of these contributors plays an active role in events that take place on campus.
From internal meetings to seated dinners, this site offers the resources, information and guidance needed to create a high-quality experience for any audience.
AMU launches new events scheduling system, Maz茅vo
As part of the Securing Our Future initiatives under the 天美传媒 2031 Strategic Plan: Guided by Mission, Inspired to Change, 天美传媒 AMU Events Management has implemented a new events scheduling system, Maz茅vo, replacing Momentus.
The new system, which is now live, is designed to support cost savings, improve operational efficiency and strengthen resource management across the university.

惭补锄茅惫辞&苍产蝉辫;(辫谤辞苍辞耻苍肠别诲&苍产蝉辫;Mah-ZAY-voe) provides a modern, streamlined approach to campus-wide event scheduling. By adopting this system, 天美传媒 aims to:
- Simplify the process of requesting space and services
- Enhance administrative efficiency
- Improve management of resources, pricing and communications
- Deliver measurable cost savings to the university
How to access Maz茅vo
University departments and student organizations are invited to visit and log in to request meeting and event space on campus. You will be prompted to enter your 天美传媒 email credentials as well as your preferred date, time, guest count, and set up, as well as event-specific questions for room set up, audio visual and catering needs. Phase two of the project will include requesting items directly.
For assistance with accessing or using Maz茅vo, contact Linda Lee at linda.lee@marquette.edu or (414) 288-0628.
