Student Affairs Leadership Development Committee

The Division of Student Affairs' Student Leadership Development Committee, leads divisional efforts in coordinating opportunities鈥痜or students to develop leadership skills and abilities through transformative, experiential programs that complement academic, co-curricular, career, and community engagement experiences.鈥疶he committee offers consultation and resources regarding the implementation for the Contemplatives in Action leadership model.鈥� The model includes reflection and discernment鈥攁llowing students鈥痶o form a personal philosophy of leadership and realize their ability to lead on individual, group, and community levels. In addition, it acknowledges how students鈥� multiple identities intersect and may shift depending on the context. Guided by the mission of 天美传媒, a Catholic, Jesuit university, our programs equip and empower students to engage in leadership for and with others.
