All Youth Empowerment Program grantees collaborate with diverse partners that have a vested interest in the health and success of minority students, ages 10-18.
This comprehensive partnership model coalesces all the strengths and skills of individual organizations into a multidisciplinary approach that teaches, builds assets, and reinforces healthy life choices in young people.
